MITSUBISHI MOTORS VIETNAM EXCLUSIVE LOYALTY PROGRAM FOR XFC CONCEPT PREBOOK

“Mitsubishi Motor Vietnam Exclusive Loyalty Program for XFC Concept Prebook” (“the Program”) is conducted by Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam (“the Brand”/” MMV”) Ltd., exclusively for customers who prebook a commercial version of XFC concept car model at Mitsubishi official Dealership (“Dealer”/” NPP”).

1. Register to the Mitsubishi Motor Vietnam Customer Loyalty Program  

Program period: from 01st April 2023 to 31st March 2024

Eligible participants: 

Customers who are individuals or corporates who made the prebooking for commercial version of XFC concept car model at Mitsubishi Motors Dealers are eligible to join the Program via a mobile application Mitsubishi Connect+. 

This Program is not applied to MMV’s employees, Dealers’ employees, employees of organizations operating the program, fleet sales customers.

Geographics: Vietnam (nationwide)

Method of registration: Customers install the mobile app Mitsubishi Connect+, sign-up and sign-in to the Loyalty Program to register. Customers who registered to the Program will be granted a Membership account. Each account will be linked with all Mitsubishi cars that customer has ownership (if any)

2. Definitions

Member: is an individual or corporate registered to join the Program.

Ranking period: Depends on the official Program registration with the authority, Membership ranking period is every 12-month period from the day (a) a member made the registration to the Program, or (b) the commercial version has been launched and member has fulfilled all conditions of ownership, subjected to which day that comes earlier.

XFC rewarding points: including XFC ranking points and promotion points that are defined below:

XFC Ranking Points are points accumulated from brand’s programs including:

• Successfully referred others to make the prebook of XFC concept at Mitsubishi Motors authorized dealers
• Members that participated and won rewarding points of the social contests organized at MMV’s official Fan-page and official Community Group at

• https://www.facebook.com/groups/641837864311164 

XFC Promotion Points: depends on MMV’s promotional policy at each particular time, are points that rewarded when customers successfully made the deposit for XFC concept at MMV authorized dealers nationwide. 

Redeem Points: after the commercial version has been launched and member has fulfilled all conditions of ownership, all XFC rewarding points are converted to Redeem points according to the terms and conditions of Mitsubishi Motors Loyalty program at https://www.mitsubishi-motors.com.vn/dich-vu/ung-dung-khach-hang/tich-trai-nghiem-cong-uu-dai 

Owner of the commercial version of XFC Concept: member will be eligible to become owner after completing the sales contract and be handed over of the car model at MMV’s authorized dealers nationwide.

3. Rewards

After fulfilling the conditions of prebooking, customer is eligible to participate in the program and be rewarded some certain valuable items from the program, time and method of reward delivery to customer will be decided by MMV.

After fulfilling the owners’ conditions of the commercial version of XFC Concept, member will be eligible to receive all member’s benefits of Mitsubishi Motors Loyalty program, specified at https://www.mitsubishi-motors.com.vn/dich-vu/ung-dung-khach-hang/tich-trai-nghiem-cong-uu-dai 

Total value of the Rewards is 1.500.000.000 VND. Please note that MMV will terminate issuing the Service Voucher and Gotit Coupons once all the issued rewards reached the total value of the Rewards

4. Dispute resolutions

Disputes arise from the Program, MMV will resolve on cooperative manner with customers. In case there is no mutual agreements had been made, the dispute will be resolved according to Vietnam Laws, and to be judged by the authorized Courts.

5. Generic Terms of the Program

Rewards given to the Member of this Program cannot be transferred to other Members or exchanged for cash in part or full.

Member can refuse to receive rewards, gifts from the program.

Member has the right to transfer the deposit of XFC concept to other MMV’ car models being sold at the dealership in which member had made the prebook, excluding all the promotions and benefits had been received from the program. All benefits and privileges that the member had been received will be voided.

Member has the right to be refunded after the commercial version of XFC Concept be launched in ASEAN or after 31st March 2024. Member needs to contact with the dealer in which member had made the deposit to request the refund, and be complied with the policy of the agreements between the dealer and customers.

Member’s account will be terminated in the following cases:

• The Member withdraws from the Program voluntarily.
• The Member sells/transfers the ownership of the car to others.
• The Member violates the terms and conditions of the Program:
  • Committed frauds and caused damages to finance, data, images and brand name of the Program to MMV, Dealers or Partners (if any)
  • Other actions that violate Program terms & conditions.

Detailed information of the Program will be officially published on MMV Website.

Terms and conditions of the Program can be revised by MMV at any time and guaranteed that would not violate any of the Member’s benefits. Any adjustment (if any) will be announced, registered with the authority by laws and be published on MMV website before implementing.

Terms and conditions of the Program are published in Vietnamese and English with equal validity. English version (if any) is prepared as a translation of the Vietnamese one. Any discrepancy between the two versions will be considered as an error of translation and resolved by referring to the original Vietnamese version.

When the Member clicks on “Accept/ Agree” and complete registration to the Program, this Member confirms that he had read and understood the terms and conditions of the Program.
