“Inviting Friends, merrier journeys” (“Program”) is the program conducted by Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam (MMV) Ltd., exclusively for owners who purchased and serviced cars at Mitsubishi official Dealership (Dealers).

  1. Name of the Program


  1. Definitions
    • Valid Referrer (“Referrer”)

The Referrer is considered as valid when all the following conditions are met:

  • The Referrer is a Mitsubishi car owner named on the sales contract or legal representative of the company hold Mitsubishi car ownership.
  • The Referrer must install a mobile app Mitsubishi Connect +, access and register to the “Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam Loyalty Program” (“Loyalty Program”), select the section “Inviting friends, merrier journeys” to register.
  • The Referrer fills in and complete the Referee(s)’ information on the referral form in Mitsubishi Connect+.
  • MMV will then check and confirm the referral information via MMV Customer Relations Management System (“CRM system”) and the Customer Service Call center (“Call Center”) that had been sent by the Referrer.
    • Valid Referee (“Referee”)

The Referee is considered as valid when all the following conditions are met:

  • A person who can be contacted to verify the relationship with the referrer and the need to buy a Mitsubishi car based on the phone number provided by the referrer when registering for the program.
  • Be a person who has a verified relationship with the referrer (friends, colleagues, relatives and family members)
  • Being a newly introduced customer and having no information (phone number or email) in MMV CRM system.
  • Purchase a car at MMV Dealers nationwide within the period of the program.
  • Being the entity of the following circumstances:
    • Person who directly signs the new car sales contract and has the contact phone numbers matching the information sent by the Referrer to MMV prior to the purchase.
    • Legal representative of the company that hold the car ownership, and has the contact phone numbers matching the information sent by the Referrer to MMV prior to the purchase.
  • Referee cannot change the Referrer information after confirming with the Call Center.
    • Required conditions of Successful Referral:

The referral is considered valid when all the following conditions are met:

  • The Referrer and the Referee person meet the program’s conditions.
  • The Referee completes the new car purchase at MMV Dealers during the period of the program.
  • After purchasing the car, the Referee must install the application Mitsubishi Connect+, sign in and register to the Loyalty Program to receive the reward.
  • The Referrer is required to verify that he/she understands and discloses the information as accurate as possible.
  • The Referrer might be asked to provide the copy of his ID card, the Certificate of Car Registration to verify the information he has registered in the mobile app.

In case the referee is not named on the new car purchase contract, replaced by a spouse, parent or child:

  • The person named on the contract to replace the referee must not have information on the CRM system before the time the referrer registers for the program.
  • The referral must provide documents proving the relationship of the referee with the person named on the contract (For example: Valid identification confirmation from local police, marriage certificate).
  1. Time period & Geographical scope of the program
  • Program period: 16th October 2022 – 31st December 2023
  • Geographical scope: Vietnam, nationwide.
  1. Participants

Mitsubishi car owners register to participate the Program via Mitsubishi Connect+ and successfully introduce new customers at MMV Dealers.

This program does not apply to MMV’s employees, Dealers’ employees, employees of companies that operating the program and fleet sales customers.

  1. Referral Method
  2. Referrer must conduct the referral via the mobile app Mitsubishi Connect+, fill in the required information and send referral ticket within the program period.
  3. After the referral ticket sent to the system, in case the contact phone numbers has not been recorded on MMV CRM system, the Referrer will receive a notification via the app Mitsubishi Connect +

Note: This notification only confirms the record into the potential customer system of that referral, not confirms that referral is successful.

  1. After receiving the referral information, the Call Center will contact the Referee to confirm the given information and allocate to the suitable Dealer to be consulted and followed up.
  2. Reward Scheme
  • Rewards of the program “Referring friends, merrier journeys” will be granted in Service vouchers and Redeem points in the Loyalty Program.
  • Successful Referrer will receive Service vouchers with total value of 3.000.000 VND (Three million Vietnam Dong) for every successful referral by the time the Referee completely be handed over the new car. All the Service vouchers are only applied to the Referrer’s car (according to the VIN) and only applied for parts of generic repair, maintenance, genuine oils and chemicals from Mitsubishi when servicing at Dealers. In case the Referrer’s Mitsubishi Connect + account has more than one Mitsubishi car, the Referrer must select the beneficiary car when registered to the program.
  • The Referee will receive 500 Redeem points in the Loyalty Program, these points can be redeemed to Service vouchers or GOTIT vouchers, equivalent to 500.000 VND (Five hundred thousand Vietnam Dong) after completing the handover of the new purchased car.
  • Rewards given to the Member of this Program cannot be transferred to other Members or exchanged for cash in part or full.
  • MMV has the right to contact both the Referrer and Referee via the contact phone numbers provided by the Referrer to verify certain information and request both to provide the required documents (if necessary) to grant the rewards. MMV has the right to announce to the Referee all related the information of the program.
  • MMV has the right to verify the precision and transparency of the referral and has the right to refuse to grant the rewards or withdraw once find out any fraudulent during the referral, even after the Referee signed the contract and handed over the new purchased car at MMV Dealer.

Information of the Program be published on MMV website, Mitsubishi Connect + mobile app and be a part of the Loyalty program.

Disputes arose from the program, MMV will resolve on cooperative manner with customers. In case there is no mutual agreements had been made, the dispute will be resolved according to Vietnam Laws, and to be judged by the authorized Courts.

Terms and conditions of the Program can be revised by MMV at any time and guaranteed that would not violate any of the Member’s benefits. Any adjustment (if any) will be announced, registered with the authority by laws and be published on MMV website before implementing.

Terms and conditions of the Program are published in Vietnamese and English with equal validity. English version (if any) is prepared as a translation of the Vietnamese one. Any discrepancy between the two versions will be considered as an error of translation and resolved by referring to the original Vietnamese version.

  1. Generic Terms

Referrer confirms the provision information in Referral ticket is precise. In case of any information discrepancy, MMV held no responsibility that discrepancy will affect or limit the benefits of customers.

Referrer agrees that MMV has the right to use the provided information for MMV and third parties marketing and promotional purposes. Information of the Referrer will be protected be used according to the User data protection policy published on MMV website and be constantly reviewed by the time.

MMV be excused in the following circumstances: (i) The Referrer account is being abused due to the damages of his mobile phone, lost, stolen, or changes in personal information the Referrer had omitted to inform MMV; (ii) software malfunction, hacked or any reasons that beyond MMV’s control; (iii) Force majeure clauses according to Vietnam Laws.
