B. Extended Warranty Packages: Comprehensive Protection with Flexible Options

This warranty extension elevates your vehicle’s total coverage to a maximum of 5 years or 150,000 km (whichever comes first). The extended warranty period begins right after the standard warranty ends, typically after 36 months or 100,000 km.

C. Eligibility Conditions for Extended Warranty

To purchase the Extended Warranty, customers must meet the following requirements: 

• Time & Mileage: At the time of purchase, the vehicle must have at least 6 months remaining on the standard warranty and an odometer reading under 100,000 km. 

• Maintenance Compliance: The vehicle must have undergone all required genuine maintenance as outlined in the “Vehicle Owner’s Manual” provided by Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam (MMV).

E. Terms and Conditions

• To enroll in the Extended Warranty Program, visit an authorized dealership to purchase the package before the standard warranty expires. 

• MMV is responsible for warrantying vehicles in the Extended Warranty Program against defects in materials or manufacturing under normal use and maintenance conditions, starting from the standard warranty expiration date. 

• All specified maintenance requirements in the “Owner’s Manual” must be followed for the Extended Warranty to remain valid. Claims may be denied if maintenance is not adhered to.
