Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam Co., Ltd. Donated two units of used cars to the Vietnam Red Cross Society

On the afternoon of January 28, 2021, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam Co., Ltd. (“MMV”) donated two units of used cars to the Vietnam Red Cross Society (“VNRC”) in Hanoi in order to serve VNRC’s humanitarian aid and relief activities throughout Vietnam.

Attending the cars’ handover ceremony, Representing VNRC having Mr. Nguyen Hai Anh – Vice President, General Secretary; Representing MMV Mr. Yang Won Chul – Deputy General Director and the representatives of MMV Dealers operating in Hanoi.

Mr. Yang Won Chul – Deputy General Director of MMV shared that MMV has been operating business and developing in Vietnam and as well implementing its corporate social responsibility activities. MMV has been supporting and cooperating with humanitarian activities of VNRC in past 3 years up to date. This supporting is showing the reliable relationship between two organizations and has been increasing recently as a result. MMV knows that while doing humanitarian activities, the transportation means is very important for VNRC especially in coming to remote and/or difficult areas. Therefore, MMV has decided to donate VNRC two cars qualified to facilitate their humanitarian aids. MMV also hopes to contribute to the humanitarian activities of VNRC more and more in the future.

Giving a speech at the car reception, Mr. Nguyen Hai Anh – Vice President, General Secretary of VNRC expressed his deep gratitude to the contributions of MMV to the humanitarian activities during the past time. He believes that these cars will be used in the most effective way to support different aid activities not only used by VNRC but also in its provincial and citial associations.
