THE 14TH ANNUAL MITSUBISHI MOTORS VIETNAM SERVICE SKILLS CONTEST

On October 18th, 2024, the Grand Finale of the 14th Service Skills Competition, organized by Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam, took place at the Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam Training Center in Binh Duong province. 

The Service Skills Competition is an annual event organized by Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam to provide a platform for service personnel from Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam ‘s nationwide Authorized dealer network to exchange experiences, enhance their knowledge, skills, and expertise, thereby improving customer satisfaction when using services at Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam Authorized dealers. 

This event also serves as an opportunity for Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam to evaluate the effectiveness of its training programs for dealers, allowing the company to adjust and supplement the content accordingly. This will help improve the knowledge and skills of service personnel across the dealer network, ultimately delivering the best possible service quality to customers. 

As one of the first Japanese automobile manufacturers to enter Vietnam, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam has successfully organized 14 Service Skills Competitions for all its dealers nationwide since its establishment. In this 14th competition, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam organized two categories for Service Advisors contest and Technicians troubleshooting contest.

“The Troubleshooting Technician“ skills assessment 

Contestants from 56 Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam dealerships nationwide registered and competed. After the preliminary round, the top 6 performers in each category were selected to participate in the Final Round. 

After a long and challenging day of competition, the Final Round has crowned three outstanding individuals in each category. 

 In addition to the top three winners, six contestants were awarded Encouragement Prizes and certificates at the Final Round Award Ceremony.
