ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

Star Camp is a community-driven experience designed to celebrate the spirit of exploration, connection, and shared journeys. To ensure the program delivers the best possible experience for all participants, applicants are required to meet the following conditions: 

• Be a Mitsubishi vehicle owner and participate in the program with one registered Mitsubishi vehicle.  

• Reside in Ho Chi Minh City or nearby provinces and be able to travel independently to the event location in Dong Nai.  

• Be in suitable physical condition to participate in outdoor and experiential activities throughout the program.  

• Have an interest in nature-based experiences, group activities, and family bonding experiences.  

• Be available to participate in the full program according to the announced itinerary.  

• Each registration may include up to 03 accompanying guests, including a maximum of 02 children. Children must be over 6 years old and accompanied by an adult who will supervise them throughout the program.  

• Participants who actively share positive moments and experiences on public social media platforms will be considered an advantage during the selection process.  

PARTICIPATION FEE 

Star Camp is a COMPLETELY FREE program for eligible participants, including program participation, meals arranged by the Organizing Committee within the official itinerary, and accommodation throughout the event. 

For clarity, the program does not cover expenses incurred outside the official program scope, including but not limited to transportation costs and other additional services not included in the program. Such expenses shall be borne by participants in accordance with the glamping site’s regulations. 

ACCOMMODATION TYPE 

Participants will stay overnight at the glamping site, featuring various tent accommodation options thoughtfully arranged within the natural surroundings. 

Detailed information regarding tent types and availability will be provided by the Organizing Committee during the registration confirmation process. Accommodation arrangements will be based on availability at the time of confirmation, while also taking into consideration registration order, eligibility criteria, and participants’ preferences. Where available, air-conditioned tents will be prioritized for families with young children to ensure greater comfort and convenience throughout the experience.
