Area Management Staff (Belong to Aftersales Department)

Summary of Job Description

Manage and develop the aftersales dealer network by providing operational support, monitoring performance, and driving service excellence. Lead dealer training, continuous improvement initiatives, market feedback analysis, and customer satisfaction enhancement. Ensure new dealers meet MMV’s operational standards in facilities, manpower, parts readiness, and aftersales capability before launch.

Job Descriptions

Major Duties:

• Drive dealer aftersales performance through KPI management, operational support, and compliance with MMV standards.

• Develop dealer capabilities by leading training, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

• Strengthen dealer network and customer satisfaction while supporting new dealer development and operational readiness.

Minor Duties:

• Act as the primary contact point for dealer aftersales matters and coordinate cross-functional support.

• Collect and analyze dealer, customer, and market feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

• Support workshop setup, renovation, and other aftersales network development projects.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree with major Automotive

• Experience: Having at least 1 years of working experience in automotive industry

• Knowledge: Automotive market knowledge

• Skills: Negotiation skill, English communication, Logical thinking, Driving skill.
