COMPATIBILITY OF MITSUBISHI VEHICLES WITH E10 BIOGASOLINE

In response to customer concerns about the compatibility of E10 biogasoline with the vehicles, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam would like to confirm that all current Mitsubishi models are compatible with this fuel type. 

What is E10 biogasoline? 

E10 biogasoline is a blend of 9-10% bio-ethanol and conventional gasoline, designed to reduce emissions. When combusted, it produces fewer harmful exhaust gases like CO and HC compared to regular gasoline, helping to reduce air pollution. 

E10 Compatibility with Mitsubishi Models 

All Mitsubishi models equipped with an electronic fuel injection (MPI/EFI) engine, distributed in Vietnam and manufactured from 1997 to the present (*), are compatible with E10 biogasoline. 

(*) Note: 

A small number of models equipped with a carburetor engine have not yet been confirmed for E10 compatibility, including: 

• L300 (produced from 1995 to 2003) 

• Pajero (V31) (produced from 1997 to 2002) 

• Jolie (produced from 1998 to 2003) 

Recommendations for Customers 

Mitsubishi vehicle owners can refer to the user manual to understand the recommended fuel type for their car. If the vehicle is not used for a long period, customers should pay attention to fuel storage in the tank to avoid water separation – a characteristic of biogasoline. 

In addition, customers should have their vehicles regularly inspected and maintained at our authorized dealers, as recommended by the manufacturer, to ensure optimal performance.
