[WARNING] IMPOSTER USING MITSUBISHI MOTORS VIETNAM CO., LTD FOR RECRUITMENT SCAM

MITSUBISHI MOTORS VIETNAM CO., LTD (abbreviated as “MMV”) has continued to receive reports of increasingly sophisticated recruitment scams.

In addition to the common fraudulent tactics such as:

• Illegally using the name, image, and brand of MMV to publish false recruitment posting.
• Encouraging participation in chat groups for the purpose of conducting interviews and assessing competencies.
• Requesting applicants provide personal information and transfer recruitment fees to the bank accounts of organizations/individuals impersonating MMV.

Recently, these fraudulent tactics have become more sophisticated:

• Impersonating MMV to organize online test rounds or require candidates to take through downloading and using various applications.

• Unlawfully forging the official seal and signature of MMV’s representative to make counterfeit documents, thereby increasing the persuasiveness of their fraudulent activities

• Posting scam job advertisements on websites with domain names similar to MMV’s official site, or on fake MMV social media pages; sending emails from addresses that closely resemble MMV’s official email domain.

Through this announcement, MMV highly recommends you to extremely stay vigilant and protect your personal information. At the same time, we affirm that:

1. MMV’s official recruitment information is only published on:

• The company’s official website https://mitsubishi-motors.com.vn/tuyen-dung

• Reputable job search website VietnamWorks

2. All recruitment processes are handled and communicated exclusively by MMV’s HR Section through email ending in @mitsubishi-motors.com.vn.

3. The Company does not require candidates to provide bank account information or to pay any fees during the recruitment process.

4. MMV strictly DOES NOT require applicants to take online aptitude tests or through any third-party applications. If an aptitude test is required, it will be conducted directly at MMV’s office (address as published in MMV’s website https://mitsubishi-motors.com.vn).
