Job Descriptions

1) Responsible for setting up new dealership project by taking procedure of candidate evaluation, appointment procedure and establishment implementation, coordinations with other related sections to put dealer into operation. 

2) Collect, update, share and improve Dealer PIC (Person-In-Charge) information, dealer corporate information (Dealer PIC/Information format, company profile, management, contacts, etc.)

3) Monitor Dealership Agreement & Dealer profile management.

4) Internal & external coordination related with dealer network (arranging dealer meetings, dealer trips, Dealer Agreement renewal, etc.)

5) Support other tasks relating to Network & Used Cars activities

6) Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager & the Management (if any)         

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with major in Automotive Engineering/Economics/Foreign Trade.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as relevant position in Automotive industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of automobile market.
• Required skills:
• Good English proficiency (all 4 skills, especially good at speaking & writing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Critical thinking and project management skills
• Good negotiation & interpersonal communication skills
• Other (if any):
• Willingness to go business trip
• B2 driver’s license
• Cooperative and have teamwork spirit
• Eager to learn, willing to cope with new challenges
