Job Descriptions

1. Dealer Sales Development

  • Set yearly sales targets (TA) for cars and manpower
  • Establish market share goals and monthly sales criteria for dealers
  • Collaborate with dealers on monthly order and sales plans
  • Instruct dealers on proper and timely implementation of company’s sales policies
  • Support dealers in executing marketing and promotional activities

2. Customer Experience Management

  • Support dealers in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to sales and services
  • Propose solutions and improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty (CSI/SSI)
  • Assist dealers in analyzing customer data to identify areas for improvement in the overall customer experience

3. Data Analysis & Performance Improvement

  • Assist dealers in analyzing monthly and quarterly sales data
  • Recommend solutions to dealers for enhanced sales performance


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related major
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in automotive business or B2B Sales
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Economics & Automotive market
  • Required skills:
    • Good English proficiency
    • Effective interpersonal communication & negotiation skills
    • Problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset
  • Other (if any):
    • “Can-do” attitude and proactive mindset.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a part of the team.
    • Willingness to go on business trip frequently
