Job Description:

  • Study and develop new After-sales service products (especially Prepaid Maintenance Package in FY23) and study Extended Warranty business cases; Then follow up its impact after implementation.
  • Lead and develop mid/long-term After-sales strategies by collaborating with related departments and sections.
  • Run PDCA, make report monthly to the management about in-charge KPIs.
  • Work closely with Area Management Section to visit dealers periodically, in order to understand dealers’ current situation and listen to market voice.
  • Improve Service Retention and Retail Sales/CPRO
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager.


  • Education background: Bachelor’s degree, preferably with major in Automotive Technology.
  • Knowledge: Understanding in After-sales business planning and basic After-sales KPI.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in After-sales Business Planning and/or Product Development at OEM level.
  • Required skillset:
    • Good English proficiency
    • Good presentation, negotiation & interpersonal communication skills
    • Analytical thinking, well versed in at least 1 data analytics tools
  • Other requirements:
    • Can work well in fast-paced environment
    • Cooperative, have teamwork spirit
    • Careful, detail-oriented, good work attitude
