Customer Satisfaction Management Staff

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Level: Staff

Job Descriptions:

  1. Dealer Operation Standard (DOS) Material Development/Implementation at Dealer
  • Planning & managing:
  • The DOS basic for new Dealer based on plan
  • The DOS advanced implementation
  • Monitoring the performance of the Dealers, support inquiries
  • Update the comments of Dealers to develop DOS materials.
  1. Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI)/Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Analysis Implementation
  • Implementing Industry survey FY22 annually to tracking the brand SSI/CSI score
  • Analyzing raw data to find weaknesses that make our customer unsatisfied
  • Meeting with the relevant departments to analyze and find out the root cause and unity improvement actions                        
  • Choosing feasible & key actions that can improve SSI to propose for Quick Action implementation
  • Implement the action plan with key stake holder for SSI score improvement
  1. Dealer Quality Evaluation
  • Implementing Dealer quality evaluation schemes
  • Planning to visit Dealer for quarterly evaluation for dealer quality improvement
  1. Customer Relation Management (CRM) & Customer Mobile Application
  • Implementing the CRM service & Customer mobile application training to Dealer
  • Make sure the CRM Service system is applied and input correctly by the Dealer
  1. Summarizing and reporting the results for all above-mentioned tasks

Requirement:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Engineer in Automotive, Marketing/Business)
  • Experience: 03 years of Customer Service/Training/Service Area Management in automobile field
  • Knowledge: Automotive market
  • Mandatory skills:
  • PC skills (MS office, Power point, etc.)
  • Training skills
  • English (fluent communication, good at writing and reading)
